Clean Eating Meal Plan Week 10 is full of quick and easy meals plus a full ham dinner on Sunday for Easter.
Sitting down to dinner as a family is a great way to connect with one another. We should never be too busy to sit down at the table and share a meal together. If you can’t do it every night, strive for a few times a week. Put away the electronics, turn off the TV, don’t answer the phone, and just be together as a family.
This week’s plan features many quick and easy meals like pizza and grilled chicken with veggies for weeknights. This year’s Easter dinner is featuring baked ham, roasted asparagus and squash casserole.
Apple slices, Granny’s granola bars, strawberry popsicles, grapes, celery with peanut butter and mango puree
Bagels with cream cheese and lox, sliced tomatoes
Leftover black bean and sweet potato chili
Pepperoni, sausage, mushroom, and olive pizza, Caesar salad
Strawberry and banana smoothies, banana bread with nutella
Turkey and swiss sandwiches, spinach and strawberry salad
Lentil sloppy joes, baked potato wedges with curry ketchup, coleslaw
Bagels with cream cheese and lox
Ploughman’s Lunch (ham, turkey, cheese, dried cranberries, hard boiled eggs, pickles)
Spaghetti with meatballs, green salad with poppy seed dressing
Yogurt sweetened with maple syrup, chopped walnuts, blueberries and strawberries
Meatball and cheese calzone, carrot sticks and cucumber slices
Egg and potato breakfast burritos
Greek salad with black olives and feta cheese
French toast and cantaloupe slices
Grilled chicken and vegetables(squash, eggplant, tomato, mushroom) tabouli salad, cheese bread
Verde Hash with poached eggs and hollandaise sauce, cantaloupe slices, fresh berries
Out for lunch
